A blend of multiple unique batches, Bacchus is one of the stars of our range, delivering a distinctive wine characterised by water-white paleness, a crisp refreshing mouthfeel and notable aromatic complexity. This vintage was enhanced by the warmth of the 2018 summer lending a touch more texture and richness to the wine.
The diversity of aromas range from elderflower to green pepper, from mango to lime and lemon thyme to fresh Thai basil & oregano.
Food Match: Goats Cheese, Caesar Salad, Rocket Salads or a classic Prawn cocktail.
