Estate Selection 2018
The highest quality batches from across the vineyard are selected to become our Estate wine. Led by Pinot Blanc & Pinot Gris this wine is elegantly textured and well-structured on the palate, expertly balancing an initial smooth mouthfeel with a crisp cleansing finish. Layers of aromas range from quince, acacia & lime to hazelnut with a distinctive ‘salty’ minerality on the nose and palate. The balance of the blend is made up from small batches of Ortega, Bacchus and Chardonnay – each contributing complexity and interest.
This is a very versatile wine for enjoying now or with the potential to develop over the next 2 to 3 years.
Food Match: Grilled fish, smoked salmon, sushi, cured meats.
