White Pinot Noir 2018
A light, delicate and subtle wine pressed very gently from whole bunches of Pinot Noir, it displays evocative aromas of rose petal, maraschino cherry & redcurrant on the nose. A proportion of the wine underwent malo-lactic fermentation providing an added creaminess on the palate which reminds us of English raspberries and cream, backed by a pleasing smooth freshness.
Food Match: Dressed crab, fried mushrooms, mackerel, fish pate, trout, cooked oysters, calamari or cheeses
