Try white mulled wine this year using Albourne 40 Vermouth as a base which adds lots of complexity and interest whilst keeping the recipe easy & quick for you.
Simply add one bottle dry white wine (any bottle will do!), 125mls of Albourne 40 Vermouth, 3 whole cloves, 6 star anise, 1 or 2 cinnamon sticks, and 2 to 3 slices of orange to a pan and gently simmer for about 30 mins…do NOT boil. Add sugar to taste (approximately 6 – 8 tsps) and serve.
